This is our favorite part! After booking with us, we start by meeting to get to know you and your fiance and hear all about your love story. We will talk about your hopes and ideas for your big day, your non-negotiables, and when you are looking to get married. Plus, you'll receive some exclusive Grace-Filled Gathering swag and other goodies!
Planning & Design
This meeting is where we will set the foundation for the rest of the planning process. Here we create your budget, select your venue, select preferred vendors, and create a design vision board with all the pretty details! If you are booking wedding management, you will prepare this yourself to share with me for organization and coordination.
Coordination
Your vision starts coming to life as we meet to kick off the coordination! We will begin piecing together the details we've worked on over the past few weeks and dial in on our plan for the big day. We will come alongside you to review and organize your details and create your customized day-of timeline that maps out your special day!
Wedding Week!
How sweet it is!!! All the time spent planning and organizing is coming together to create the day you've been dreaming of. During this week, we finalize any last-minute details, organize the vendors, direct your rehearsal dinner and coordinate your wedding day from start to finish!
Post-Wedding Bliss!
After your wedding day ends, we will help wrap things up at the night's end and beyond! We make sure you leave your reception with joy and peace of mind, from rental returns to wedding gift and card delivery. After you've returned from your honeymoon and have received your wedding day photos and video, we'll spotlight you on our blog and social media pages. We love being able to share the beautiful stories of our clients with others and continue to celebrate their loving, God-honoring union! Oh, and of course, you'll receive one more special gift of thanks from the Grace-Filled team delivered to your doorstep:)

Do you Plan Events Other Than Weddings?
Yes! In addition to wedding day services, I also work with clients on bridal showers, anniversary celebrations, and more! To learn more, please fill out the contact form and tell me what type of event you are looking to plan.
How far in advance should I book with you?
I recommend booking your planner as soon as possible! Want to know if we are a good fit? Book a free consultation to share your wedding day vision and tell me all the things about your love story!
What if my venue has a coordinator?
Venue coordinators are a great asset; however, their main priority is the venue. My highest priority will always be my client and caring for them well. You will receive my full attention both before and on your wedding day.
What if I don’t live in North Carolina?
Not a problem at all! I can virtually meet and plan with you from anywhere, thanks to technology! Your wedding package will include additional travel fees based on the distance traveled.
What if I have a tight budget?
The wedding management package is the way to go for my clients looking to stick to a smaller budget! You still get hands-on expertise and support along the way without feeling like you are spending a ton. I also offer customizable payment plans to help alleviate the financial stress of wedding planning.
What is your pricing and are there payment plans?
All my service packages have a starting price and can be customized with additional support services to fit your needs. I am happy to customize payment plans for my clients to help relieve financial stress throughout the planning process. This is something we can cover in our first meeting after booking!
How much time is needed to plan a wedding?
The timeline depends on your wants and needs! The first step is selecting a venue. Their availability often determines how long we have to make your dreams a reality. My elopement clients have more flexibility in planning their wedding day since there are fewer details to book and coordinate!
